I am an Educational Therapist and am trained in the Orton Gillingham Literacy program. My journey in education began with a Master's degree from Pepperdine University, followed by a decade of dedicated teaching in elementary schools. Over the last four years, I have been tutoring students from kindergarten to 8th grade, honing my skills and expanding my knowledge base. I am deeply passionate about supporting students with learning needs in the educational sector, particularly those with ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, and Executive Functioning challenges. Equipped with the ability to conduct curriculum-based assessments across all subjects for grades K-8, I communicate the student’s teachers and other allied professionals on a regular basis, and specialize in assisting students with executive functioning skills up to 12th grade. Proficient in all subjects within the K-8 spectrum, I work individually with students in a supportive and encouraging setting, providing supplementary materials to enhance their academic progress.
