My name is Kalei, and I'm the owner of Plus One Dog Training. I help dogs and their people grow together using modern, science-based methods and a holistic approach to provide gentle solutions to tough problems. I offer a variety of services for a variety of care and training needs, including private in-home training, group classes, training-conscious dog walking, and enrichment visits. I've had a broad range of experience in doggie daycares, grooming assistance, pet supply, and my favorite of course: training! I have graduated from the Petco Positive Dog Training Instructor Program, have studied under the Karen Pryor Academy Professional Program, and have earned approval from the American Kennel Club as an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. I am also a member of the APDT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers), which is just one of the many reputable resources I utilize to continue expanding my knowledge and keep my techniques and practices as up-to-date as possible.
