Based on my experiences in health and healing I have come to believe that healing is physical, mental and spiritual. My own healing journey through multiple sclerosis and physical pain required a lot of belief in myself; with that, combined with my desire to help others I was encouraged to start teaching my knowledge to others, publish two books and expand my massage practice with other like minded professionals. Physical Touch Body evolved to include the practice I call Summa Teq. Massage a therapeutic massage technique that treats on a body and mind level! We specialize in athletics but have a team that provides a broad range of massage modalities.
