Chef William Cox - Will's Bountiful Catering

Since I was about 5 years old the fascination of food began. I grew up with both parents who worked full time and often served quick food such as Macaroni and Cheese or crockpot meals. Even at a young age, food was my thing! I knew I needed to widen my food palette, so I began my journey of cooking by taking charge of our family meals. When I turned 18, I had the privilege of attending a small but great Culinary School in Westlake, California where I studied under the direction and mentorship of Wolfgang Puck’s Sous chefs. After numerous culinary courses and onsite training, I graduated top of my class and was even elected the Kitchen Manager of my classes’ graduation dinner hosted for friends and family. Culinary school provided rigorous hands-on training and gave me the opportunity to perfect my cooking methods and skills that would otherwise have taken years to obtain.
